Arrival and departure: on the arrival day the rooms are available after 2 p.m. On departure day rooms must be left before 10 a.m.
Deposit: bookings will be held after a Euro 170,00.- per person.
Cancellations: bookings cancellations are to be made in writing .We will fully refund you if the cancellation- request is received at least 3 months prior to the date you had provisionally booked. If the cancellation is processed 1 month before the arrival date,we will charge you 3 days. For any other late arrival or early departure beyond the above mentioned time frames,we will charge you for the whole period. The meals not consumed are still charged for.
The credit card number is a guarantee for the booking. Incase of no-show the hotel can take the amount of one night from the card.
